My student’s room has been cleaned
prior to their arrival and all required furniture (bed,
desk, chest drawer or closet space) has been purchased
and placed in the room.

I have the student’s arrival information and
if not then I will contact USH offices.

Preparations have been made for me or my relative/friend
to be present upon the student’s arrival at my
home.

I have the USH pager number if there is an emergency
during non office hours. If my student does not
arrive at the appointed time then I will contact USH
on the next business day.

I have an extra copy of the house keys ready to
provide for my student during their homestay period.

There will be no extra fees that I will charge to
the student EXCEPT for the internet only if I can provide
it. The maximum charge is a $20 monthly internet
fee. This is the ONLY fee the student may pay
to me directly; students pay all housing fees directly
to USH offices and my first check will be sent 5-7
days AFTER the student moves in.
